Obituary for Anna F. Moyer (Gondal)
Anna F. Moyer (Gondal), passed away August 12, 2023, at the age of 88. She was the beloved wife of the late Earl Moyer. She was previously married to Horace Ashworth prior to his passing.
Born in Pottstown, Anna was the daughter of the late John and Anna (Wocklish) Gondal. She graduated from Pottstown High School. She went on to work as an inspector at Gudebrod, Inc. Pottstown, until her retirement.
Anna had been an active member of Saint Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, Pottstown. She enjoyed going to bingo, playing cards with her family and friends, and taking bus trips to the casinos where she would spend the day playing the slot machines. Anna always enjoyed the companionship from her furbaby, Wendy. She loved spending time with her family and will be remembered dearly for her caring heart.
Left to treasure her memory are her niece, Debbie Yocom (Eric), her nephew, Dave Jowder, her great nephews, Bryant Yocom (Angela), and Adam Yocom, and her great niece, Amanda Moser (Kyle). She is also survived by four great-great nephews and two great-great nieces. Anna was preceded in death by five brothers and one sister.
A prayer service will be held Monday, August 21, 2023, at 11 a.m. at Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, Inc., Pottstown with burial to follow at St. John's Cemetery, Pottstown.
