Our deepest sympathy goes out to Diane, Steve, Debbie, Mikey and their families. We were next door neighbors for close
to 30 yrs on N. 13th St. We watched all 4 of the kids grow up from the time they were very young. Barry and I would pick on each other like crazy (all in fun) especially on a hot summer night sitting out back on our porches many, many, times. Then one or both of the boys would
come home and start picking on Barry too. We would laugh till it hurt sometimes. Ah, those were the good old days.
We are so sorry we couldn't come to the viewing. I ( Linda) am waiting for a hip replacement and am not getting around very well, otherwise we would have surely been there. Hope you understand. We love you kids, always did, always will.
So sorry for your loss, Mike and Linda Schmeck

Your dad was a class act! He always wore a smile on his face that was infectious. He was very caring, and it did not go unnoticed. I appreciated his support for my parents when my dad was in and out of the hospital. A funny moment that stands out is when he came to visit my dad at the hospital, a nurse walked in and asked us if we would like a drink. He asked for a Rum and coke. He had us all laughing.
Our condolences go out to all of you!
Love Dwayne and Michelle

We were deeply saddened when we heard of your father's passing. Our hearts go out to you and your families.
Barry was a joy to be with! When you kids were little, we had lots of picnics and house visits where we would play all kinds of games. Sometimes we had house parties, which he enjoyed a lot! We also liked to go out to eat, he really liked Victor's.
When there was a swim meet, you always knew when one of you were in the water. I bet you could hear him at the Court House screaming, "GO! MIKEY! GO!!!!" Barry was deeply devoted to his family. He was proud of all your accomplishments, and was by your side through good times and bad.
He will be deeply missed and never forgotten! It is with much regret that we will not be able to attend his services, but please know our thoughts and prayers will be with you.
Love Pili and Bob
