Obituary for David J. Buzalewski
David J. Buzalewski, 60, passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at his Leesport residence. He was the husband of Grazyna (Grace) C. Buzalewski. They shared 26 years together.
Born in Reading, PA, he was the son of the late Edward and Natalie Buzalewski. David graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1979 and went on to attend Northampton Community College. He was employed performing HVAC maintenance at the Reading Hospital.
David was an avid hunter. He enjoyed traveling throughout Canada, the United States, and vacationing in the Caribbean, especially Punta Cana with his wife. David also loved spending time with Grace at their cabin in Sullivan County.
Survivors include his wife, Grazyna; children: Darek Majka (Michelle), Grzegorz Majka (Katarzyna), and Magdalena Marino (Brian); four grandchildren: Kevin, Aiden, Zosia, and Kuba and sister, Linda J. Kolasinski.
David was preceded by his brother, Gary S. Buzalewski.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 250 S 12th St, Reading, PA 19602, with interment to follow at St. Mary’s Church Cemetery, 701 Upland Avenue, Reading, PA 19607. The visitation will be held on Monday, May 2, 2022 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Kuhn Funeral Home, West Reading.
