My condolences to the family. I met Dave when I was working at GPU/ First Energy. I would see him in the office on my way to get coffee in the morning. He always had a smile and friendly hello or chat. He was proud of being a policeman and he gave me one of his policeman picture cards which I still have. I will pray for him and the family.

My sincere condolences to the family. Dave was one of a kind, Good natured soul with a heart of gold. I met Dave when working the street and he was a West Reading officer. He always bought the coffee. An avid supporter of the Berks Chiefs Association; I was always amazed at his ability to garnish door prizes for the Clambake and Expo Bus Trip. He will be greatly missed.
