Obituary for Deborah M. Mengel
Deborah M. (Moffett) Mengel, 64, passed away November 16, 2022, in her Oley Township residence surrounded by her loving family.
She was the loving wife of Michael E. Mengel, whom they shared 44 years of marriage.
Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late George and Evelyn (Ollinger) Moffett.
Deborah was employed by Reading Area Community College as an Adjunct Professor for many years.
A true fighter with a giant spirit to match, Deborah was a dedicated wife and mother; her friendly personality, caring nature and love of her family will be greatly missed.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Kristen Marie, wife of Jared Schlottman, Flying Hills.
