Obituary for Dijana Vucetic (Todorovic)

Dijana Vucetic, a truly fantastic wife and mother, passed away in her Sinking Spring residence on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. Born on July 1, 1971 in Šibenik, Croatia, to Ljubica (Grgas) and the late Adam Todorovic, Dijana was married to Marijan Vucetic for 26 years.

Coming to the United States as a teenager, Dijana graduated from Long Island City High School and pursued a career in nursing. She graduated from St. Paul's School of Nursing in Brooklyn. In 2008, Dijana and her family moved to the Reading area, and she accepted a position at Reading Hospital. She was a compassionate and caring nurse who was unafraid to advocate for her patients.

Left to treasure her memory are her husband, Marijan, and their sons Sean Adam and Matteo Luka. Dijana is also survived by her mother, Ljubica; her siblings Milenko Todorovic and Marijana Mihalopolous; her nieces and nephews, Adam Todorovic, Vasiliki Todorovic, Thomaie Mihalopolous, and Stavros Mihalopolous; her friends and colleagues; and the countless patients whose lives she touched. In addition to her father, Dijana was predeceased by her uncle, Ante Grgas.

A Prayer Service will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at the Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc, 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading, with entombment to follow at Charles Evans Cemetery, Reading.
