Obituary for Domenica "Minnie" Trabosh
Domenica “Minnie” (Cucinotta) Trabosh, 87, of Mohnton, passed away on December 16, 2022. She was the widow of her loving husband Salvatore Trabosh, to whom she was married for 66 years.
Minnie was born in Reading to the late Frank and Viola (Zappacosta) Cucinotta. She graduated from Central Catholic High School.
Minnie was a wonderful person who touched so many hearts. She grew up as a beautiful girl in Reading while helping with her parents grocery store on 4th and Pine. She was a life-long member of Holy Rosary Church. She worked very closely for many years with the late Msgr. Losito to coordinate pilgrimages to the Holy Land.
Minnie retired in 1998 as a receptionist for the local Teamsters Union of Wyomissing.
Left to treasure Minnie’s memory are her son, Gerald Trabosh, husband of Serena, and her granddaughters, Savannah (Seth) Erickson and Samantha Trabosh. Minnie is also survived by her faithful companion, a small dog named Lily.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Domenica will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at Holy Rosary Church, 237 Franklin St, Reading, PA 19602, with committal to follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, 3139 Kutztown Rd, Reading, PA 19605. Viewing and visitation will be Tuesday, December 20, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc, 739 Penn Ave, West Reading, PA 19611.
