Doris Smith, 88, wife of the late Paul G. Smith Sr., passed away Thursday, February 9, 2023 at the Pottstown Hospital.

She was a daughter of the late George and Dorothy (Race) Thren.

Doris enjoyed going for rides around town in her son's convertible. When the family would visit Wildwood, NJ she was proud to say she walked the entire boardwalk. They would also visit Rehoboth Beach, DE. When it came time to relax, Doris would watch her daily soap operas, Young Sheldon and Everybody Loves Raymond. Most of all she loved her family and will be missed by many.

Doris is survived by her sons, Paul G. Smith Jr. (wife Kelly) and John Smith; brother, Cordell Thren and three grandchildren.

Along with her parents and husband, Doris is predeceased by three brothers and four sisters.

A public viewing will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 from 10 a.m. till 11 a.m. at St. Gabriel's Church, Stowe. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. in the church.

Burial will be in St. Aloysius New Cemetery.
