Obituary for Emily K. Fizz
Emily K. Fizz, 88, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 13th, 2023 at Pottstown Hospital with family by her side.
Born in Pottstown, Emily was the daughter of Walter and Anna (Powell) Fizz, Sr. She graduated from Pottstown High School in 1953 and entered the clerical field. Emily worked at the Norristown Court House in the Recorder of Deeds office for 31 years before retiring in 2000. After retiring, she enjoyed being at home with her pets and having visits from family. She enjoyed watching her favorite TV shows as well as football and baseball.
Emily is survived by her son, Brett Fazik (wife Karen).
Along with her parents, Emily is predeceased by her siblings, Geraldine McAnulty, Mary Ann Fazik and Walter Fizz, Jr.
A viewing for friends and family will be held on Friday, May 19th, 2023 from 10 a.m. Till 11 a.m. at the Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, Pottstown. A service will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
Entombment will follow in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery.
