ERASMO SANTANA
Erasmo Boria Santana, Sr., passed away March 16,2021, at ManorCare, West Reading.
Born in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Crespin and Dionesia (Boria) Santana.
As a crossing guard for the City of Reading, Erasmo was a caring, selfless person who dedicated himself daily to the student's safety as they crossed the streets to and from school.
He is survived by two children, Erasmo Santana Jr. and Elizabeth Santana; three siblings: Elena Santana,
Ismael Santana Sr. and Felix Santana Sr. Two grandchildren, Christian Santana and Danika Santana.
Erasmo was predeceased by Heriberto Boria Santana Sr, Israel Boria, Ruben Santana, Candido Santana, Carmen Santana, Cripulo Santan, Juaniquin Santana, Goyo Santana, and Jorge Santana.
A Service will be held Monday, March 22 2021, at 11 a.m. at Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, PA 19611. Burial will be private. Friends may attend Monday 9 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., to help defray funeral expenses.
