Harold L. "Al" Breidegam, 80, of Wernersville, passed away, Wednesday, July 25, 2018, in ManorCare Laureldale.
He was the beloved husband of the late Gloria S. (Smith) Breidegam.
Harold was U.S. Navy veteran.
"Al" worked as a mechanic for most of his life. He enjoyed rebuilding antique and classic cars. "Al" especially loved his Ford Model T. He was a great auto mechanic. "Al" also enjoyed fishing in his free time.
He is survived by three children: John, husband of Janet Reed, Temple; Andrea Reed, Reading; and Kathy, wife of Scott Layman, Lancaster. Five grandchildren, Tara, Daniel, Nathan, Kylie, and Collin; and two great grandchildren : Liam and Vince, also survive him.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust St., Philadelphia, PA 19103. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be recorded at www.kuhnfuneralhomes.com.
