Obituary for Hector M. Diaz Burgos
Hector M. Burgos -Diaz, 80, passed away January 7, 2023, in his Reading residence.
Born in Maunabo, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Eustacio and Laura (Burgos) Diaz.
He was the beloved husband of Gloria (Rivera) Diaz.
Hector enjoyed playing the guitar and spending time with his family. He was also an active member of Iglesia
Hermanos Unidos En Cristo Church, Reading, where he also played in the church band.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his four siblings, Aida, Raquel, Noemy and Zenaida. He is also survived by 5 children and ten grandchildren.
A Viewing will be held Thursday, January 12, 2023 from 6 p.m. to 9.p.m. in the Kuhn Funeral Home & Crematory, 5153 Kutztown Rd., Temple PA 19560. Graveside service will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. in Laureldale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Kuhn Funeral Home & Crematory to help defray funeral expenses.
