I knew Jim from high school but recently got to chat with him when we were picking up grandchildren at St. Ignatius School. It was easy to see he was very proud of his family! He touched the lives of many and will be missed by all.

Jim, was a Wyomissing Police Officer from 1970-1971. I last spoke with him at the 2014 Fourth of July Parade recognizing retired officers. Jim was very proud to have been part of the history of the police department. He always had a smile when I saw him. My condolences to the entire family.

Thank you so much Mr. Biehl for your kind words and sharing the memory of when he was a Wyomissing Police Officer. We all loved the photo! We all talked about how we really didn't have any photos from that time.
