Obituary for Joanna M. Leon - Lopez
Joanna M. Leon-Lopez, 48, passed away January 27, 2021, in Penn State Health- St. Joseph.
Born in Reading, she was the daughter of Nestor Sr., and Raquel (Lopez) Leon of Reading.
She was a graduate of Reading High School. She also was a graduate of Randy Ricki Beauty School, and Berks Technical Institute, where she received her Associate in Computer Science.
Joanna was a very active member of St. Peters Roman Catholic Church, Reading.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her two siblings, Nilsa M. Leon, Reading; and Nestor Leon Jr., Puerto Rico. She is also survived by five nieces and nephews, Lindsey Leon, Jaleen Leon, Omar Leon, Yadira Torres and Letizia Torres; and two great-grandnieces, Laila Graddick and Lorelai Jarvis.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, PA 19611 to help defray funeral expenses. Condolences may be recorded at www.kuhnfuneralhomes.com.
