Obituary for June A. Hollenbach

June A. (Spease) Hollenbach, 78, of West Wyomissing, passed away February 5, 2021, in her residence.

She was the loving wife of Lester J. Hollenbach.

Born in Leesport, she was a daughter of the late Melvin O., Sr. and Myrtle A. (Manwiller) Spease.

She was a homemaker who was dedicated to her family; one of the best gifts she gave her children was staying at home to raise them. A true fighter with a giant spirit to match June was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother; her friendly personality, caring nature and love of her family will be greatly missed.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two children, Rodney W. Hojinowski, Sr., West Wyomissing and Dorothy D. Demko, Wyomissing; five siblings: William A. Spease, Bernville, Katie M. Dunkleberger, Wyomissing, Mary J. Harner, Reading, Barbara A. Bressler, Rehrersburg and Myrtle H. Oxenreider, Robesonia; two grandchildren, Rodney, Jr. and Savannah and two great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her son, Lance Richard Hojinowski and two siblings, Melvin O. Spease, Jr. and Arlene M. Snyder.

Services will be Thursday, February 11, 2021, at 11 a.m. at Kuhn Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 5153 Kutztown Rd., Temple with burial to follow at Berks County Memorial Gardens.
