Obituary for Olga Viola

Olga (Panco) Viola, 92, passed away in her Shillington residence on Friday, January 8th, 2021. She was the loving wife of the late Louis D. Viola. The couple married June 2, 1951. Sadly, Louis passed in 2008.

Born in Hazelton on October 3, 1928, she was the daughter of the late John and Helen (Osachuk) Panco.

Olga was a member of the former St. Anthony of Padua RCC and was a current member of St. John Baptist de la Salle RCC.

She is survived by her only child, Patricia L. Viola and her significant other, Bob Moyer of Shillington; a sister, Dorothy (Panco) Nitka of Hazelton and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and her husband, Louis, she is predeceased by five brothers and five sisters.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, January 13th, 2021, at 10:00 am, in St. John Baptist de la Salle Roman Catholic Church, 42 Kerrick Rd., Shillington, PA 19607 with Rev. Fr. Richard Clement as celebrant. A visitation will be held in the church Wednesday from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. Olga will be entombed with her husband Louis in the mausoleum at Gethsemane Cemetery.
