Patricia Ann (Eckenroth) Stubblebine, formerly of Wyomissing, daughter of Henry and Alma Eckenroth, passed away in Wake Forest, North Carolina on Saturday, August 13, 2022, at the age of 92.
Formerly of West Lawn, Pennsylvania, she was a member of the West Lawn United Methodist Church, and a graduate of Wilson High School, class of 1947. Patty was a successful realtor for 30 years, working in both sales and management.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond J. Stubblebine, grandson, Robert Brewer, granddaughter, Rebecca Ridgley and her husband, Tim Ridgley, and four great-grandchildren: Hannah Brewer, Jackson Ridgley, James Ridgley and Hayden Ridgley.
Patricia was predeceased by her son, Thomas Stubblebine, daughter, Cynthia Geske and brother, Henry Eckenroth, Jr.
Patricia played all sports available and was inducted into the Wilson High School Hall of Fame. She was named the Outstanding Female Athlete of her class.
She was a selfless, caring person who will be remembered and missed by those who knew her. Patty was also a faithful Christian who shared the love of God with everyone she met. She was passionate about the seashore; she and her husband frequently entertained guests at their summer cottage in Avalon, New Jersey.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 19, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at West Lawn United Methodist Church, with a luncheon to follow at the church. Services will conclude at Robeson Cemetery, Plowville. Memorial donations may be made to the West Lawn United Methodist Church Youth Ministry or flowers in remembrance of Pat may be sent to the church. Edward J.
