Phyllis Ann (Broom) Waller, 80 of Sinking Spring, PA formerly of Mobile, AL died peacefully at home on November 1, 2020. She was born August 13, 1940, in Camden, AR to Alonzo and LynNell Broom.
She was a long time employee of International Paper Company retiring in 2006 as a corporate buyer after 37 years of service. Phyllis was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Mobile. She enjoyed traveling with her husband, Carl. They experienced many adventures in the United States and around the world. Phyllis was an avid reader and an excellent cook. She liked to host her friends and family in her home.
She was preceded in death by her parents James Alonzo Broom and Atna Lyn Nell (Dumas) Broom and brother-in-law Bobby Neill.
She is survived by her husband Joseph Carl Kasko, of Sinking Spring, PA; two daughters Teri Skogerboe and husband John of Mobile, AL and Jennifer Spehlmann and husband Ben of Vienna, VA; three grandchildren Sara Evan and husband Marc of Lake Elmo, MN; Conner Spehlmann; and Lauren Spehlmann both of Vienna, VA; one great granddaughter, Hannah Evan and one great grandson, Austin Evan both of Lake Elmo, MN; one sister Laura Neill of Magnolia, AR; two brothers James Broom and wife Sharion of West Fork, AR and William Broom and wife Peggy of Greenbrier, AR; one aunt Nettie Cooper of Shreveport, LA; many nieces and nephews and close special friends in Mobile, AL.
