Obituary for Richard P. Stoudt
Richard P. Stoudt, 79, formerly of Hamburg, passed away Sunday, May 3, 2020, in his Reading residence.
He was the beloved husband of Doris M. (Yoder) Stoudt.
Born in Upper Bern Township, he was the son of the late John and Betty (Ketner) Stoudt.
Richard was a 1958 graduate of Hamburg High School.
He was a former Mason.
Richard was an United States Army veteran, serving during Vietnam.
He was employed as a specification engineer at Bell Labs for many years.
In addition to his wife Doris, Richard is survived by two daughters: Nancy L., wife of Jeffrey Pettit, Blandon; and Connie M., wife of Mark Schultz, Dallas, PA. Four grandchildren: Jeremy Kline, Jonathan Kline, Michelle Yost, and Nicole Pettit, and nine great grandchildren also survive him.
