Obituary for Rosemary Connelly
Rosemary (Colgan) Connelly, 63, of Caernarvon Township, passed away May 17, 2021, at the Reading Hospital.
Her husband, Thomas Andrew Connelly, died on January 22, 2019.
Born in Paoli, she was a daughter of the late Richard and Dolores (Deitrich) Colgan.
She was employed by STELL as a Human Resource Coordinator.
Rosemary was an active member of St. Benedicts Roman Catholic Church in Mohnton. She served as a PREP teacher for many years and was a youth group leader, as well as a volunteer for many other church activities.
Rosemary loved adventure and throughout her life spent many years skydiving, white water rafting, skiing, swimming and horseback riding. She loved the outdoors and nature, and spent many days gardening.
She is survived by four children: John “Brady” Connelly, Margaret Connelly, Libby Connelly and Mary Jo Connelly; three siblings: Rob Colgan, Martha Colgan and Anna, wife of Paul Snyder; and her beloved dog, Winnie Connelly.
Rosemary was predeceased by her brother, Christopher Colgan and her dogs Molly and Bailey.
A viewing will be Friday, May 21, 2021, from 5 to 7 p.m. at St. Benedicts Roman Catholic Church, 2020 Chestnut Hill Rd, Mohnton, PA 19540. A Mass of Christian Burial will be private. Edward J.
