Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Michael, Sr. and E. Madeline (Kollar) Terefenko.

Sandra attended St. Peter’s Parochial School and graduated from Reading Catholic High School in 1958. Sandra went on to work at Western Electric for a few years and then decided to pursue her love of flowers thus beginning her life-long career in the flower industry. In addition to being a talented and creative florist, Sandra had a natural flair for decorating and enjoyed creating eye catching window displays in her flower shop as well as decorating her home for all the different holidays. Sandra also had a love of the seashore and seashells and enjoyed spending time in Stone Harbor and Cape May, NJ with her family.

Along with being a loving, kind hearted, generous, talented individual, Sandra was a breast cancer survivor, a long-time member of St. Catharine of Siena Roman Catholic Church, Reading and a member of the Reading Florist Association.

Above all else, Sandra loved her family; they were her pride and joy.
