Obituary for Steven W "Steve" McBeth
Steven W. McBeth, 61, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at his home in Temple. He was the loving husband of Sharlene (McGlinchey) McBeth, with whom he shared 39 wonderful years.
Born in Sellersville, he was the son of the late Horace M. Jr. and Ruth (Siedler) McBeth. He attended Quakertown High School and Upper Bucks County Technical School.
Steven worked for Reading Crane and Engineering Company for the past 32 years. He was an integral part of the organization, holding various positions in Operations and Sales Management over the years.
Steven was an avid outdoorsman. He loved hunting, fishing, and landscaping. He was also a member of the Amateur Trapshooting Association and the South End Gun Club, where he enjoyed trapshooting.
In addition to his wife, Sharlene, Steven is survived by his son, Trevor McBeth; daughter, Kahley McBeth; sister, Cynthia Weiner; and brother, Michael McBeth. He was predeceased by his brother, Gary McBeth.
A visitation with the McBeth family will be held on Monday, April 25, 2022 at Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, West Reading, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with services to begin at 11:00 a.m. Burial at Gethsemane Cemetery will be private.
