Obituary for Thomas J. Lipovsky
Thomas J. Lipovsky, 87, of Blandon, passed away December 9, 2020, in Penn State Health St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Joseph C. and Dorothy A. (Smith) Lipovsky.
Thomas was a 1951 graduate of William Allen High School.
He was a United States Air Force Veteran serving during the Korean War.
Thomas was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. He also enjoyed dancing, traveling and reading. Thomas was also an author, publishing his book “The Slovakian, An Ocean Apart”.
He was survived by his ten children, Rita, Desiree, Dina, Sean, Jeremey, Jamey, Jennifer, Terry, and Ashley. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and two great-grandchilden.
Thomas was predeceased by his son, Tommy Lipovsky.
Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. in Fort Indiantown GAP National Cemetery, Annsville. A viewing will be held Tuesday, December 15, 2020 in the Edward J.
