Ronald Lee  Whitmoyer
Ronald "Ronnie" Lee Whitmoyer, 76, died June 15, 2017, in his Flying Hills residence surrounded by his loving family.

He was the husband of Michele Daria (Fusco) Whitmoyer whom he married on February 12, 1966.

Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Harry Amon and Dorothy Grace (Summers) Whitmoyer.

Ronald was a proud U.S. Marine Corps Veteran

He was employed by the Reading Police Department as a dispatcher for 23 years.

Ronald was president of the A.F.S.C.M.E. Union for the City of Reading.

He was an avid golfer and won many plaques in the amputee tournaments, he enjoyed fishing and he loved his Philadelphia Phillies.

Ronald was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Debbie, wife of Phil Breidenstein of Mohnton and Lori Binasiewicz of Exeter; and four grandchildren, Jarred, Ali, Brianna, and Branden, and great grandson, Lucas.

He was predeceased by his sister, Patricia Reed.

Services will be held Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at 11 a.m. in the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park. Friends may call Monday from 6-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 10-11 a.m. in the funeral home. Online condolences may be recorded at www.kuhnfuneralhomes.com.
